2018 Wednesday Night Time Trial Series
The purpose of the time trial series is to give each rider an individual measure of their 'fitness' by establishing their time over a 10-mile road course.

South Point High School (801 Neely Rd, Rock Hill, SC). Start/finish is at South Point High School. Parking available in school parking lot. They are kind enough to host us, so please treat their property with respect, and clean up after yourself. No bathrooms will be available on site. There are ample side roads nearby to warm up on.
10 mile loop through the country roads of york county. Standard time trial rules apply. The decisions to award, or take away, time are final and are not open to debate.

First rider off at 6:30 pm . Successive riders go in either 30 or 60 second intervals dependent on number of riders. This will be decided by the starting official and they will notify the riders before the TT. It is possible that the starting time will be moved up to 6:00 for the first & last events of the year. Check website for updates.
Registration opens at 5:30 pm. No Fee, but a donation jar will be present. Competitors usually kick in $2-3 or so per event.
Waivers and Helmets
Each rider and volunteer will need to sign an RHBC liability waiver. Helmets are required to be worn whenever you are on your bike.
A rider accrues points based on personal improvement. There will be year end awards for the top finishers in the point standings. Everyone can participate in the TT series and the points competition.
Monday Night Ride
During the Spring, Summer and Fall months the RHBC hosts a weekly Monday night “Hospitality” ride which draws close to 75 riders for all levels of social riding. Highlighted in nationally distributed Bicycling Magazine, the ride gives the club an opportunity to share the beauty of our area with new members, to teach riding safety and promote healthy living. After the ride, dozens of cyclists remain in the area to dine, shop and socialize.
Breakaway to the Beach
The MS Bike Tour is the largest organized cycling event in America with 100 tours to choose from in 48 states. About 100,000 cyclist participate in these rides each year.
Each MS Bike Tour is fully supported with frequent, well stocked rest stops, mechanical support, and even someone to give you a lift if you need a rest. There are several teams in your area like Phyllis' Flyers and the Bikeaneers.

CHILI wtih Fixins & Meeting following the Ride!!!
The Rock Hill Bicycle Club hosts an Annual “Chili Ride” to start the New Year off right with friends, fun and fellowship! The ride is a short and the pace is easy so that all can participate. After a chilly ride we enjoy gallons of chili, cornbread and all the fixins. Lots of hot and cold beverages. Riding is not required so you can come just to eat— bring your spouse or friend. If you have a special desert please bring one. New Years Resolutions are always a fun topic for discussion so be prepared to discuss yours.
The growth of the RHBC is based on the promotion and participation of cycling events for all ages and abilites. The RHBC has worked hard to foster a bicycle friendly atmosphere in the community and supports racing, touring, comfort riding and mountain biking.
